Eid-ul-Fitr 2023 Has Been Announced

Sydney: Australia declared Eid-ul-Fitr on Saturday due to difficulty in sighting of the moon. According to the foreign news agency, due to the difficulty in seeing the moon, Eid was announced in Australia based on astronomical calculations and now Eid will be celebrated across Australia on Saturday, April 22. Eid-ul-Fitr was announced in a statement issued by the Australian Fatwa Council. Which was also shared by the International Astronomy Center on the social networking website "Twitter". The statement issued said that the month of Ramadan will be completed on Friday and Saturday i.e. April 22, 2023 will be the first day of Eid-ul-Fitr and the first day of Shawwal. It should be noted that Australia is the first country in the world that has officially announced the date of Eid al-Fitr.
