The Famous Comedian's Car Was Stopped by The Police For Not Paying Tax

LAHORE: Excise and Taxation officials stopped the car of famous comedian Iftikhar Thakur for non-payment of token tax. Excise and Taxation Department officials stopped comedian Iftikhar Thakur's car at Davis Road in Lahore and told him about the non-payment of tax. Iftikhar Thakur paid the tax on the spot. On this occasion, Iftikhar Thakur said that the mobile app of the banks has made it easier and the hassle can be avoided by paying the tax on the spot. He said that the excise officials are doing their work, if they are stopped, they should not be angry but should admit their mistake.
